The Weber Spirit E-325 GBS Gas Barbecue will make every night one to look forward to. It has three burners & plenty of barbecuing power to give you the ideal foundation you need to get barbecuing. Combined with the versatility of the Gourmet BBQ System grate you can create a huge variety of dishes using the various GBS accessories. Simmer a pizza sauce on the side burner, barbecue some toppings then cook your pizza on the GBS pizza stone (available separately). The combination of a compact footprint and 32,006 BTU-per-hour input (courtesy of 3 stainless steel burners) make this grill a star.

Care & Maintenance

A deposit resembling peeling paint may collect on the inside of your bbq lid but these carbon deposits are non-toxic, but you might want to regularly remove the build-up. Simply brush off all loose particles with a brass brush or crumpled aluminium foil before you start grilling. To prevent future build-up, after every grilling session, while the barbecue lid is warm-not hot-wipe it with paper towels or a mild soap-and-water solution.
