What accessories do I need to go with the furniture?

We recommend that you purchase a cushion box in order to keep the cushions secure and dry over the winter or in adverse weather conditions. If the furniture is positioned underneath trees or under the birds flightpath we recommend that it be covered to retain it's pristine condition for longer. If covering the set place a bucket upside down on the table to prevent water pooling and marking a timber table.

What does the warranty cover?

Hayes offer an extended warranty on the vast majority of our garden furniture which covers any defects in the materials use or the construction incurred during the normal use of the furniture. The warranty does not cover any damage incurred through the furniture not being secured during high winds.

What happens if my set won't fit through a side passage into my back garden?

Unfortunately you are responsible for getting the furniture into the back garden so don't just consider the space when buying the furniture but also access to that space, bearing in mind that some of the sets are large, especially the resin weave furniture. If the furniture has to be returned you can arrange to have this done or we can pick it up for a small fee.

How much maintenance does the resin garden furniture need?

Resin garden furniture is very low maintenance just needing a brush down in spring followed by a wipe down with a solution of warm water and washing-up liquid.

How do I take care of rattan furniture?

You won’t need to do much to take care of your rattan furniture.
