How long does it take for the bulk aggregates to be delivered?

The aggregates are delivered directly from the supplier so unfortunately we have no control over how long it takes to deliver but the supplier does try and deliver within a couple of weeks.

Does my garden bench have to be covered?

All the garden furniture sold by Hayes is fully weatherproof and technically doesn't need covering, however covering your bench over winter will ensure it lasts longer and retains its pristine appearance.

Do the garden seats come ready assembled?

This depends upon which set you choose, some come ready assembled and all you have to do is remove the packaging and relax. The benches mainly come flat packed unless stated on the product.

How long do wooden garden benches last?

A solid teak garden bench could last as long as 50 years if treated and cared for properly. Softwoods like pine may not last as long but with good care could last around 10 years. As with any outdoor furniture, how well you look after your bench will make a difference to the lifespan. If it is kept covered and regularly cleaned and treated, you will get the maximum number of years from it.
