What if I don't like the set once it has been delivered?

What if I have a problem with my furniture?

We offer an extended warranty on all our garden furniture which covers any manufacturing defects or any substandard materials. It does not cover any damage sustained as a result of adverse weather conditions when the furniture is not secured. If you do have a problem just call our Customer Services team who will be happy to sort it to your satisfaction.

Can the LIFE Outdoor Living garden furniture be left outdoors all year round?

Yes, all our garden furniture is manufactured specifically to be left outdoors in all weathers, however we do recommend that the cushions are taken into a dry frost free environment in winter and if rain is forecast.

Do I need to cover the LIFE furniture in winter?

All our outdoor garden furniture is manufactured specifically to be left outdoors in all weathers. However, if you want your garden furniture to look as pristine as possible for as long as possible then we do recommend that it is covered in winter. If your garden furniture is sited where falling debris off trees can collect in crevices or it's on the bird's flightpath then we do recommend covering the furniture.

What maintenance does the LIFE outdoor garden furniture need?

All you need to do is brush the cushions down in spring and wipe the hard surfaces with a barely damp cloth.
