FREE delivery on all orders over £50 to mainland UK addresses only. £4.99 on any basket total under £50. This does not extend to products that are on sale in-store and not listed online. See below for further more detailed information.

If you wish to have the delivery on a specific working day, just specify in the comments box when completing your order.

Hayes is NOT able to deliver to the Scottish Islands/Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.

Aggregates and Paving Delivery Terms and Conditions 📄

  • Standard delivery will be made on a rigid vehicle with a tail lift and a pump truck (This is not a crane off-load).
  • Your delivery may take up to 7 working days.
  • Our carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.
  • All times quoted for delivery once you have been contacted are approximate.
  • Someone must be on-site to receive the goods.
  • Delivery will only be made to the nearest suitable spot. This may be the pavement if an obstacle or unsuitable surface is present (e.g. gravel).
  • It is not the drivers' responsibility to move the goods around the site.

What Time Will My Delivery Arrive?

We operate our own delivery vans, each with a highly trained delivery driver. These vehicle's cover the length and breadth of the UK mainland and tend to deliver high-end products and items that are not suitable for delivery by the carrier.

What if I Cannot Be Home To Accept The Delivery?

If you can not be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the driver to leave your goods with a neighbour or in a location around the property that you are happy with. In these instances, we will not require a signature.

Will I Need To Help The Driver Unload?

Occasionally when very heavy products are ordered and the delivery is scheduled on our own transport, the driver may need help when unloading the products. Your delivery may be arranged on the condition that there is an able-bodied person there to assist the driver when unloading (in these instances this will be discussed when you are contacted to arrange the delivery and accurate E.T.A. will be given).

Can I Select A Separate Delivery Address?

It is possible to select a different delivery address if required, there is an option to select this after completing the cardholders address.

Internet delivery charges may vary from those offered in our stores. This is due to the variation of products offered.
