We recommend that you enrol on one of our BBQ courses held here in the store at Ambleside to give you more confidence to step away from the usual fare of bangers and burgers. The course is led by top BBQ chefs and will cover cooking over the different heat zones, managing the heat of your grill and cooking different dishes and of course enjoying the results.
