Spit roast whole joints with this rotisserie on the Weber Q300 or Q3000 series gas grills. The specially designed front shield sits on your gas grill to provide a support for the rotisserie at the correct height for spit roasting whilst allowing the lid to close. Place your joint of meat on the rotisserie spit & close the lid, as it rotates it will cook evenly on all sides whilst self basting as the juices drip off the lid keeping the meat tender & juicy. After cleaning, the ends of the shield fold inwards for easier storage.
