 There is a small wire at the top of the tree, the one you were probably wondering what it was for, just plug the topper into it and place on the top of the tree. Secure the plastic rod to the top of the tree pole and to the top of the top branch with the tie wraps supplied. Place the topper into the plastic cone and affix to the top of the plastic rod.
