If you want to make the perfect pizza then you need to know when your pizza stone is up to temperature. The Ooni Infrared Thermometer has a useful red laser pointer that will guide your aim to the centre of your stone baking board to take a temperature reading. It has a backlit screen with a battery life indicator & digital temperature display which is easy to read in any light. The temperature can be measured in Celsius or Fahrenheit & you need to aim for a temperature of around 752°F (400°C) for the perfect pizza that cooks in 60 seconds.
