A&O's Peanut Free Satay Seasoning is finally here! It may be free of nuts but it's full of flavour! Inspiration from Indonesia & Malaysia where skewered meats are the 'GO TO' Street Food. It's PEANUT FREE, but you really can't tell!
Add this Satay seasoning to meat surface with a coating of sesame oil before cooking. Cook in oven or indirect over BBQ for best results. Beautiful with seafood, chicken or pork belly or can even be used mixed with coconut milk for a sauce!
