Burgon and Ball been manufacturing steel have tools in Sheffield since 1730, where they started out making sheep shears, and have since manufactured over 25 million. They still manufacture at the same factory which they purpose built in 1873. They started out with a reputation for quality and fantastic value, which they still maintain as suppliers of garden tools. They supply tools for the Alan Titchmarsh TV programme ‘Love your Garden’ and in 2011 won a Gold Medal at the Royal Horticultural Society Chelsea Flower Show with their ‘5-a-day’ garden. All their tools are endorsed by the RHS, which is possibly the highest accolade and greatest recommendation for any gardener. All their stainless steel tools come with a lifetime guarantee with the exception of cutting tools which carry a 10 year warranty. All their tools are ergonomically designed using the finest materials and make wonderful gifts any gardener would be proud to own.
