Big Phat Greek Rub Seasoning, this spice seasoning was developed with inspiration from the A&O team holidays in Greece, with sunshine, great seafood and night time street food. Apply rub to moist meat surface at least 1 hour prior to cooking and allow to soak in. Use olive oil & lemon juice in a zip lock bag. Our Big Phat Greek seasoning is amazing for making homemade Gyros and Souvlaki. Grilled chicken, pork or shrimp stuffed into pitas with greek salad and hot sauce.
