We are looking to recruit a Full Time Stock Integrity Administrator, to work at our Kendal Distribution Centre. To efficiently process customers orders and to request additional stock as and when required, and to deliver a first class customer service at all times.

The Stock Integrity Administrator will:

  • Order stock in an efficient timely manner, highlighting any stock issues and following through to resolution 
  • Work closely with Suppliers and provide regular updates for our customers
  • Have a sound knowledge of our products and which Distribution Centre they are stored in 
  • Manage and maintain costings when ordering from suppliers making calculated cost-efficient decisions
  • Work with Home Transport and Couriers to ensure an excellent experience for our customers
  • Receipt, label and plan distribution of stock that has been ordered into the Distribution Centre
  • Assist with credits and invoice queries 
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving office and distribution environment
  • Provide cover for other Stock Integrity roles

The successful candidate will need to have good communication and computer skills.

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, weekends and bank holidays as and when required.
