What if I don't like the set once it has been delivered?
If you don't like the set once it has been delivered you can return it or we can pick it up for a small fee, see the Contact Us page for more details.
How can I keep my rattan garden furniture looking as new for as long as possible?

Although all the rattan garden furniture sold by Hayes is fully weatherproof and can be kept outdoors all year round, if you want to keep it looking as new it does need to be kept covered in winter and in adverse weather conditions. 

What if I have a problem with my furniture?

We offer an extended warranty on all our garden furniture which covers any manufacturing defects or any substandard materials. It does not cover any damage sustained as a result of adverse weather conditions when the furniture is not secured. If you do have a problem just call our Customer Services team who will be happy to sort it to your satisfaction. 

Is the weave garden furniture fully weatherproof?
Yes, all our garden furniture can be left outside all year round. If you wish to keep your furniture in pristine condition for longer there are covers available for the majority of our sets.
