Is The Alfa Wood Fired Oven Portable?

The Alfa wood fired ovens are not portable in that you can pack them up and take them to the beach or into the countryside, but they do come with wheels so can be moved around the garden or patio. Some of the larger models such as the Allegro are too big to be moved on a regular basis but the smaller ovens such as the Ciao family of ovens can easily be moved around the patio. The Ciao S is the smallest and lightest and the most suitable for balconies and small spaces.

The 5 minuti is one of the most popular models owing to the fact that it is really speedy from lighting to cooking, just 5 minutes. It has 2 wheels enabling you to position it where convenient, according to the time of day. Next to the kitchen door for a quick pizza or next to your outdoor dining area if you are entertaining.

The 4 Pizze model is the most popular Alfa oven owing to the fact that it takes 4 pizzas at a time. It only takes 20 minutes from start up to being ready to cook, has 4 wheels and can also be moved around the garden by one person.
