Is it true the Ooni can cook a pizza in only 60 seconds?

Yes, this claim is made by Ooni themselves and they have put a video on Youtube to prove it. You have to make sure the Ooni has reached the correct temperature and make sure you only use cooked ingredients on the pizza. Don't pile too much topping onto the pizza and you will be able to cook it in a minute. Watch it all the time to make sure it doesn't burn.

What fuel does the Ooni use?

The Ooni burns wood pellets or charcoal but you can buy a piece of kit which converts it to gas.

Where can I get more information before I commit to buying a Ooni?

Come into The Barbecue Shop here in the store at Ambleside and the team there will be able to help you decide which grill is suitable for your needs. We also stock the world's leading BBQ brands, such as Weber, Traeger, Outback and Kamado. If the Ooni is not cost effective for you the team will be able to recommend another brand.
