The non-slip section attaches behind the drainpipe and stops the planter from sliding down. You can then hang your drainpipe flower pot from the clip. Not only is this drainpipe decoration made of 100% recycled plastic, but there’s also an overflow pipe in the bottom of the pot that drains excess water into a reservoir.
