All you have to do in spring is brush the furniture down with a soft brush to remove any grit particles embedded in the weave. Any wooden garden furniture will require treatment less frequently if the sets are covered when not in use. The first consideration is to make sure you know the size of the individual pieces as many of the covers are specific to particular styles of garden furniture. Just make sure you have all the measurements of the garden furniture. Make sure the cover you are considering is breathable, if there is not a good airflow around the garden furniture set there is a tendency for mildew and other moulds to grow. Are the covers for the garden furniture sets fully waterproof?

They are not 100% waterproof as they have to allow the furniture to breathe, which in turn discourages the growth of mould and mildew. The trick to keeping the furniture as dry as possible is to make sure the covers shed the water and don't allow it to pool, it is then that the water can seep through the garden set covers.

Do all the garden furniture sets come with free covers?

Unfortunately not, however a lot of the furniture does have dedicated covers which can be purchased separately. If there are no specific covers for your furniture some of the covers we sell could fit, so it is essential that you measure the pieces of garden furniture accurately.
