The Ooni Premium Hardwood Pellets are sustainably sourced, food-safe & suitable to use with other pellet grills & barbecues as well as the Ooni 3 & Ooni Fyra 12. This is a natural fuel that lights easily & burns efficiently producing minimal ash waste so that you can cook cleaner & longer. It will take just 0.6lb (300g) of pellets to cook one pizza but If you are cooking continuously a 10kg (22lb) bag will last for a good 10-12 hours.

Please store your pellets in a warm, dry place (and not a garden shed). The pellets absorb moisture from the air and this will affect their performance - it's really worth keeping them dry!
