The Ooni Pizza Turning Peel is a high-quality, lightweight peel that can be used in any of the Ooni pizza ovens. It has a long, heat resistant handle made from glass-reinforced nylon & a smooth, non-stick anodised aluminium blade with perforations to allow excess flour to fall away & steam to evaporate. Its tapered edge will slide straight under pizza bases allowing you to move & turn your pizza without removing it from the oven for a faster cook & also allow you to retrieve pizzas from your oven with ease.
