The Ooni Dual Platform Digital Scales will help you create the perfect dough every time, allowing you to measure out all your ingredients to a tenth of a gram. The scales have two LCD displays, one each for the two brushed stainless steel platforms, the larger one suitable for flour & dough, the smaller one coming with a custom-fit measuring dish for weighing things like yeast, salt & herbs.
