On all teak and timber products we have a one year manufacturers warranty. Natural occurrences in the wood known as checking and cracking are caused by changes in the weather conditions, such as sun and rain. This will cause the wood to expand and contract naturally and does not affect the stability of the furniture. These occurrences will not be covered by the warranty.
