How do I clean synthetic rattan weave garden furniture?
Good quality synthetic rattan garden furniture only needs a yearly clean
Alexander Rose Monte Carlo set (pictured above)
Good quality synthetic rattan garden furniture is maintenance free and can be left outdoors all year round, unlike the natural rattan which can only be used in the garden on dry, sunny days.
It requires very little cleaning; just wash down with warm soapy water each year and rinse off with the garden hose on a fan spray setting.
If there is dirt lodged in the weave just brush gently with an old toothbrush.
Don’t use abrasive scourers as this will only scratch the weave.
