We have a wide range of cakes, pastries and desserts on offer, many of them gluten free. Most of our cakes are made on the premises from the best quality ingredients by our bakers who are committed to Hayes high standards. Our scones are renowned and we use the same recipe from the day the cafe first opened. Almost as famous as our scones is Cheryl's egg custard which is definitely worth trying, a perfect combination of creamy egg custard and thin crisp pastry.
