What is the refund policy?
Tickets
- If you are late for your allocated time or cannot make your session for any reason unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. (Excluding exceptional circumstance, 24 hours in advance)
- If the event has to close for any reason then we will offer you a full refund or give you the option to change your booking for an alternative day. (Subject to availability)
Gifts and photos
- If your gift is broken or damaged please let us know and we can provide a replacement within 48 hours.
- Please check all photo products before leaving the photo office and ensure you are happy with the layout and quality. Unfortunately after 24 hours the photos get erased so therefore we will be unable to reprint after this time frame.
I forgot to buy a ticket for a member of my party, can they be squeezed in on the day?
We strongly advise calling us before bringing an extra member along, as the session could be fully booked.
Please do not assume on the day we have spaces because the website is showing spaces available as these spaces usually get filled by telephone bookings in the mornings which do not show on our online booking system.
Can I change my booking time and/or date?
Bookings can be changed up to 24 hours in advance of your booking. We will not be able to change any booking within 24 hours of your session. If you create an account at the time of booking you will now be able to manage your own booking through the website.
Please note there will be a £10 administration fee charged for the change of any booking, online or instore.
Will I be able to just turn up and buy a ticket?
We highly recommend that you book online prior to your visit to avoid disappointment on the day, although if we do have space you can buy a ticket in our ticket office at the entrance.
Is the Fairy World Magic Kingdom wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the event can be accessed using wheelchairs. We measured the space using our own instore wheelchairs so please be aware that some may be too wide, however you are more than welcome to use ours if possible.
Do I need to print my e-ticket?
Tickets do not have to be printed and can be shown on mobile phones. If you do not have either you can confirm in the ticket office the details you booked with.
