Top barbecue chef Richard Holden will be demonstrating some new dishes to tempt your tastebuds & to help you get the most from cooking outdoors.

Weber is the number one branded barbecue in the UK & they have been barbecuing since 1952 when the classic Weber kettle barbecue was born. They also discovered the indirect cooking method which means that almost any kind of food can be cooked on a Weber barbecue including roasts and pizza!

Top barbecue chef Richard Holden will demonstrate a range of barbecue techniques whilst cooking up some new recipes the Weber way. he will also show how the right barbecue accessories can revolutionise what you cook on the barbecue and ensure your food is cooked to perfection.

Richard is a Cordon Bleu qualified chef, who worked at Westfield Stratford City through the 2012 Olympics and has cooked for sporting superstars including Sir Steve Redgrave. Sharing his passion for great tasting barbecue food that’s far beyond bangers and burgers, Richard will demonstrate diverse barbecue techniques through a range of wonderful recipes.
