Barbecue Class - Taste of Italy

This 3 hour ‘Taste of Italy’ course, with top barbecue chef Richard Holden, shows you how to cook 10 iconic dishes, and of course, eat them. The basics of Italian cooking are covered from pasta, risotto, bread, pizza as well as classic meat dishes. You don’t have to be a hugely experienced barbecuer as Richard will take you through the recipes step by step. 
Learn that there is more to your grill than the usual BBQ fare of burnt bangers and burgers. Not everything on the barbecue has to be a meat feast, you can grill healthy, tasty dishes just as easily as you can cook them in the kitchen. You will try out our grills from Weber, Traeger and Kamado Joe using charcoal, gas, wood pellets, ceramic and electric.
The course costs £40 per person & each attendee will receive a recipe book to take home, so you can recreate every dish you cooked for your family and friends.

Richard is a Cordon Bleu qualified chef, who worked at Westfield Stratford City through the 2012 Olympics and has cooked for sporting superstars including Sir Steve Redgrave. Sharing his passion for great tasting barbecue food that’s far beyond bangers and burgers, Richard will show some of the barbecue techniques he has used in the huge range of BBQ videos in our Blog.
