Barbecue Class - Taste of America

If you want to learn how to barbecue some of America’s must iconic dishes, then this ‘Taste of America' is for you. From a hotdog with the works to a full rack of ribs this course has them all, 10 dishes that you get to cook and eat. You will be guided through this 3 to 4 hour course by top barbecue chef Richard Holden. Grills from Weber, Traeger and Kamado Joe will be used throughout the course.

When you think of barbecue you immediately think of American classic meat dishes; ribs, steaks, burgers, hot ‘n’ spicy chicken wings and the accompaniments of corn, BBQ beans and Hasselback potatoes. If this is your idea of BBQ heaven then this course sets you off on the road to becoming a confident ‘pitmaster’ and wowing your family and friends with delicious BBQ food.

The course costs £60 per person & each attendee will receive a recipe book to take home, so you can recreate every dish you cooked for your family and friends.

Barbecue ribs

Richard is a Cordon Bleu qualified chef, who worked at Westfield Stratford City through the 2012 Olympics and has cooked for sporting superstars including Sir Steve Redgrave. Sharing his passion for great tasting barbecue food that’s far beyond bangers and burgers, Richard will show some of the barbecue techniques he has used in the huge range of BBQ videos in our Blog.
