Yes, all our garden furniture is guaranteed, often for longer than the standard manufacturer's warranty. The warranty covers defective materials and construction not damage incurred in adverse weather conditions. If you do have problems please contact the Customer Service team who will rectify the situation.

A parasol and base is an essential to protect sensitive skin from the sun's harmful rays and a cushion box will be invaluable for keeping the cushions all in one place over the winter and during adverse weather conditions. 
Unfortunately you are responsible for getting the furniture into the back garden so don't just consider the space when buying the furniture but also access to that space, bearing in mind that some of the sets are large, especially the resin weave furniture. If the furniture has to be returned you can arrange to have this done or we can pick it up for a small fee.
