Garden bistro sets range from £179 for a simple wooden set to £2,000 for a stylish comfortable lounger set. The question is what do you want it for; will you want to move it around throughout the day, lie in the sun in a suntrap or just bring it out when you need extra seating for a party? Next question to consider is what type of material you like; metal, rattan weave or timber. Finally what style of garden do you have traditional English style or do you want something more contemporary and stylish?   

The sets are all constructed from the best quality low maintenance materials on the market, giving you a set which will last for many years. The metal sets are all either aluminium or powder coated steel which require no maintenance, just a wash down in spring with with a mild soap and warm water solution. The timber sets can be either treated every couple of years to maintain their pristine looks or left untreated they will weather down to a pale silvery grey. The rattan weave sets don’t need any maintenance apart from a wash down with a mild soap and water solution in spring to remove any dirt and grit accumulated over the winter.  

Our bistro sets need very little maintenance; just a wash down in spring for the metal and rattan weave sets with a mild soap and warm water solution to remove any dust and grit accumulated over the winter. The timber sets just need a brush down if you are letting them age naturally or the appropiate timber treatment if you want them to retain their new look. If the metal furniture does become scratched or chipped just spray with a little car paint or dab with a little nail varnish. If the timber sets are situated somewhere damp and shady algae will start to grow so this will have to be washed off or else site it somewhere in the sun.
