Our garden furniture buyers Keith Laird and Ian Hodgett have over 60 years service in the leisure sector so are perfectly placed to know exactly what styles and quality our customers expect. We have dealt with the leading manufacturers of garden furniture for many decades and are one of the UK’s leading retailers so are in a position to negotiate great deals which means we can offer the best quality garden furniture at the best price.
Our garden furniture is constructed from only the best quality materials such as timber, aluminium, brushed steel and resin weave. They are all very low maintenance and carry 1 years warranty.
All our garden furniture carries a minimum 1 year manufacturers warranty with many designs also having an extra year’s guarantee from ourselves. The warranty applies to any fault arising from the quality of the materials or defective manufacture. Unfortunately it does not cover any weather related damage so it is essential that the item be secured in winter or if high winds are forecast. Not only could the furniture become irreparably damaged but can also cause damage to life and property.
Our hammocks, swing seats and cocoons require a little assembly, in the case of the cocoons they just need the actual cocoon attaching to the frame with two large springs.
All our garden furniture is very low maintenance unless you wish to keep the new pristine appearance of the timber in which case it will need treating every 2 - 3 years but if left will just weather down to a soft patina. The aluminium and resin weave cocoons just need a wipe down in spring with a mild solution of warm water and washing-up liquid. All the cushions supplied with the furniture are weather proof but we do recommend that they are taken indoors in winter to ensure they last as long as possible.
Your garden furniture should last at least 15 years if treat correctly, obviously leaving it to blow around the garden in winter will shorten it’s lifespan considerably as frames will buckle and the resin weave on the cocoons will split and once you have a weakness in the weave it will quickly spread when sat upon.
