He has spent almost all his career, from being a teenager, working at Hayes Garden World, approximately 35 years. The majority of his Hayes career spent as Team Leader of the Garden Furniture Department. As such he has profound knowledge of Hayes customers and can always predict the latest garden trends and which garden furniture our customers will find the most appealing. He has been the chief furniture buyer for several years; at the heart of his buying strategy is quality and value for money. He was the head of the Tillington garden centres buying consortium, responsible for sourcing competitively priced garden furniture while maintaining the quality our customers have grown to expect. Our foldable garden chairs are very low maintenance but may require small amounts of care from time to time. Folding chairs made from acacia timber have a durability of up to 10 years and can be cleaned using warm soapy water. This material may also require treatment to maintain its colouring as it can fade over time.  Folding chairs made from steel or wire mesh are also easy to maintain. Simply wash down with warm soapy water and rinse dry with a cloth or soft towel. We would also recommend keeping your furniture away from any hot appliances such as barbecues to avoid any damage.
Depending on the material, most folding garden chairs can stay outside all year long. Chairs conducted from teak wood are weather resistant and can be left outside. Steel and wire mesh folding chairs should be stored away in windy or severe weather conditions to avoid scratching or being dented.
