These ovens are ready to cook at searingly hot temperatures of 500˚C in just 10 minutes and with an insulated shell as well as a 100% custom-made cordierite stone baking board optimised for heat retention, you can be sure of the perfect pizza every time. The fuel options create different cooking conditions - wood is great for foods that need fast cooking times such as thin pizza's, steak, fish and vegetables, whilst charcoal gives you a base temperature without excess flame which is ideal for deeper pizza's, baking bread and low and slow cooked meat. A charcoal/wood mix offers the best of both worlds for a burst of heat and wood-fired flavour and the addition of a gas burner offers control, speed and ease for a quick result.
