Perfect for the outdoors, Ooni Fyras can run up to 500°C, with the perfect pizza cooking temperature being around 400°C on wood pellets alone! This pizza oven has been designed for ease of use, with a unique slot on the bottom of the oven opening for resting the door while you add, remove or rotate your food. The useful viewing hole also allows you to check the flame without opening the door and releasing the heat.
