FAQ

What if I have a problem with my furniture?
We offer an extended warranty on all our garden furniture which covers any manufacturing defects or any substandard materials. It does not cover any damage sustained as a result of adverse weather conditions when the furniture is not secured. If you do have a problem just call our Customer Services team who will be happy to sort it to your satisfaction. 
What if I don't like the set once it has been delivered?

If you don't like the set once it has been delivered you can return it or we can pick it up for a small fee, see the Contact Us page for more details.

Is the garden furniture guaranteed?

Yes, all the garden furniture is guaranteed for at least 12 months, with many styles having an extra 12 months. This covers faulty workmanship and materials not damage caused by adverse weather conditions. If you do encounter problems just call the Customer Services team who will be happy to help.

What happens if my set won't fit through a side passage into my back garden?
Unfortunately you are responsible for getting the furniture into the back garden so don't just consider the space when buying the furniture but also access to that space, bearing in mind that some of the sets are large, especially the resin weave furniture. If the furniture has to be returned you can arrange to have this done or we can pick it up for a small fee.
