The Varbecue Shop at Hayes Garden World

World of Barbecuing

Everything you need to grill, bake and smoke; from searing to low and slow

The Barbecue Shop is located at the rear of the nursery and being one of the largest in North West England is the showcase for all things grilling. Within The Barbecue Shop is a Weber World which sells everything this iconic American brand manufacturers from the largest gas fired grill to an instant read digital thermometer to help you take the guesswork out of grilling. Weber are one of the worlds most respected BBQ manufacturers, renowned for the quality of their workmanship and materials, giving you equipment which will outlast their rivals. If you are one of the army who overcook the chicken ‘just to make sure’ then the thermometer is for you, once the internal temperature of the bird hits 75C take it off, let it rest and you end up with juicy, tender, tasty chicken instead of a tasteless dry old bird.

Another of our major suppliers are Traeger with their unrivalled wood pellet grills; if you love the smokey BBQ taste but not the faff of charcoal then these grills are for you. The top of the range can be controlled via wi-fi on your smartphone, so apart from putting the meat onto the grill you can cook from the comfort of your home, as the grill alerts you when the meat is almost cooked.

Grillstream is our other major brand, which features the double grill system designed to reduce the amount of fat hitting the burners and so greatly reducing flare-ups. We also stock the Kamodo Joe barbecues and the Kadai fire bowls which double as a basic cooking source. There is also a huge range of rubs and sauces, cook books, cooking accessories and of course the fuel; the only thing we don’t sell is the food.
