How To Remove Stains From Natural Rattan And Cane Conservatory Furniture
Stained conservatory furniture must be treated as soon as possible

Mix a solution of warm water and washing-up liquid and wipe immediately with a soft cloth until the stain has disappeared then dry as quickly as possible, either with a hair-dryer or by leaving the piece of furniture out in the sun. If the furniture stays wet for too long there is a chance the natural fibres will split and moulds will form.
Unfortunately it may not be possible to completely remove some substances which stain heavily, such as beetroot juice. In this case just dab the stain gently with a weak bleach solution.
Natural rattan and cane conservatory furniture can be varnished which helps repel and staining liquids.
