How To Protect The Feet On Synthetic Rattan Garden Furniture

Keep your rattan furniture looking pristine for longer with feet guards

A good quality set of synthetic rattan garden furniture should come with some protection on the feet. Even if you lose these protectors the frame should be made from aluminium which will suffer no damage and won’t go rusty.

You can protect the feet from marking a hard surface from scratching if you so desire; just get some rubber furniture feet protectors, but they are not really necessary on good quality furniture.

A cheap set will most likely have a tubular steel frame which will eventually go rusty, so protect the feet with rubber guards. The frame will eventually go rusty if it is left out in the rain unprotected, whereas a good quality set is able to be left out unprotected in all weathers.

If the set is on a hard stone surface try and lift the furniture rather than dragging it as this will eventually wear down the feet which could eventually lead to it becoming wobbly.
