How To Cook Spiced, Buttered Carrots On The Traeger Timberline 850 Wood Pellet Grill
Do carrots a little bit differently this Christmas
Elevate the humble carrot from the mundane to the absolutely fantastic with the addition of some butter, sugar and spices.
- 1.5kg Chantenay carrots
- 200g butter
- 100g light brown sugar
- 2teasp 5 spice
- baking tray
Melt together the butter, sugar and 5 spice and thoroughly coat the carrots.
Pre-heat the Traeger to 220C, place the carrots onto a baking tray and cook on the grill for about 20 minutes until carrots are soft.
