Can I Cook Anything Other Than Pizza In My Alfa Wood Fired Oven?

Delicious roasts, stews, pies, bread; cook anything in your pizza oven

The Alfa ovens are more versatile than just for baking pizza; anything you can cook in your kitchen, you can cook in your Alfa. The intensity of the heat can be adjusted to cook almost anything. Pizzas, burgers, steaks, kebabs, fish and anything which can be cooked quickly are cooked at the beginning when the oven is hottest. Longer slower cooks such as lasagne, poultry, joints of meat, pies and cakes go in when the oven has cooled a little. Low and slow joints of meat can go in when the temperature has dropped even lower.

When you have finished cooking you can bake bread, then when the ashes have been swept out the residual heat can be used to dry out meringues or fruit. Invest in the chic, stylish Toto Grilloven and you can make pizza, stir fry and grill all at the same time.

Maintain a temperature by placing logs in the oven on the opposite side to the fire where they will heat through; as soon as the temperature starts to drop just add one more log which will ignite almost immediately and keep the required temperature. You can also control the cooking temperature by moving food closer to or further away from the fire.
