Barbecue And Cocktail Recipes

Barbecues are not just for summer, share your favourite recipes with us

Share your favourite BBQ recipes, time saving tips and sizzling seasonings. Do you use your barbecue as an extension of the kitchen? Is it for that occasional summer night? Does it cook your Christmas turkey to perfection?  Is there anything you definately wouldn't cook on the barbecue? Do you do pudding and cakes? Tell everyone what you use it for. Don't forget the cocktail recipes, and maybe include a mocktail too for the drivers and underagers.

Hints & tips!

  1. Give your Recipe a title
  2. Include enough detail so that everyone can give it a try
  3. Remember your recipe must be your own, if not you will have to credit the original chef; unless it's your mum!
