Delivery Details
Hayes Garden World operates its own fleet of delivery vehicles. Delivery is available throughout mainland England, Scotland and Wales.

We have 5 delivery charges applicable to the UK Mainland:

  • £4.95: Small Parcel Delivery : Royal Mail - usually within 48 hours
  • £6.95: Medium Parcel Delivery : Royal Mail - usually within 48 hours
  • £9.95: Large Parcel Delivery : Carrier - usually within 3 working days
  • £15.00: Hayes Standard Delivery Service : usually within 2 - 5 working, applicable to all garden furniture, you will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order to arrange a suitable delivery date.
  • £30.00: Hayes Premium Service : Usually within 24 - 48 hours (this is an optional upgrade service and is only available on selected products)

Premium Service Additional Information:
Most premium service deliveries will be made by carrier, only a date for delivery (9:00am - 6:00pm) can be given in these instances. It is important that if you receive your delivery by a carrier that the parcels are checked thoroughly. If the box is damaged or you are uncertain of the condition, you must write damaged on the delivery note. This is a precaution in case the furniture is damaged when you open the box. All deliveries should be accepted and any damage reported to us afterwards.

What Time Will My Delivery Arrive?
We operate 4 delivery vans, each with a highly trained delivery driver. These vehicle's cover the length and breadth of the UK mainland and tend to deliver high end products and items that are not suitable for delivery by carrier. An E.T.A. (Estimated Time of Arrival) for your delivery can be given from 8:30am on the delivery day (Contact our Home Delivery Manager Andrew on 07887644865). We can offer an A.M or P.M the day before delivery if required.

What if I Cannot Be home To Accept The Delivery?
If you can not be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the driver to leave your goods with a neighbour or in a location around the property that you are happy with. In these instances we will not require a signature.

Will I Need To Help The Driver Unload?
Occasionally when very heavy products are ordered and the delivery is scheduled on our own transport, the driver may need help when unloading the products. Your delivery may be arranged on the condition that there is an able bodied person there to assist the driver when unloading (in these instances this will be discussed when you are contacted to to arrange the delivery and accurate E.T.A. will be given).

Can I Select A Separate Delivery Address?
It is possible to select a different delivery address if required, there is an option to select this after completing the cardholders address.

Internet delivery charges may vary from those offered in our stores. This is due to the variation of products offered.

Customer service at Hayes Garden World is second to none and any delivery issues will be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
