RETAIL SALES ASSISTANT

Hayes Garden World are looking for a full time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in our busy furniture department. Working in store you will be customer facing, ensuring that all our customers have an exceptional experience while shopping with us. This role will involve broadening your knowledge on all types of barbecues, plus other outdoor living accessories such as pizza ovens and firepits. You will also be learning about our different ranges of garden furniture and advising our customers on their requirements. 

You must have excellent communication skills and a natural flair for connecting with our customers and advising them on their requirements. A high attention to detail is a must, as you will be processing our customers’ orders and following their order right through to delivery. You must be able to work well on your own initiative and as part of our team.

Working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Sunday, 9.00am – 5.30pm to include weekend and bank holidays on a rota basis.

STORE SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Hayes Garden World are looking for a full time Retail Store Support Assistant to join our team, you will be working and supporting all our different departments within the garden centre. You must be adaptable to working in different areas from helping with deliveries, driving, replenishing on the shop floor, working on the tills, in our café and helping to create our beautiful Christmas displays.

This varied role requires you to be multi skilled and you should be able to work well on your own initiative and as part of our team.
